Never to Late
My family is one that enjoys working out and staying as fit as possible. My mom has taught fitness classes for almost 20 years, my brother was a college athlete in the SEC, and my dad has always been one to climb on the roof for fun and exercise through keeping our yard perfect.
As you can see, I was the only one late to the game, I participated in sports when I was younger, but it was not something I really enjoyed, I enjoyed being a supporter more than a participant. After all, you’ve got to eat candy and nachos while supporting. My family set a great example for me fitness wise, I just used every excuse in the book to be lazy. It was not until about 5 years ago that I got on board with the lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise, and man has it been a game changer!
The point is, it is never, ever to late. It is never too late to get involved in an exercise routine or making healthy food choices. You do not have to jump into something strenuous, start slow with small changes and build up! Your body will change, it will get stronger and feel better and who knows, maybe you will be the leader of your family workouts!
